Product Description

Cooking instructions: 
We put 500 gr. of our pasta in 1700 lt. of boiling water (or liquor of cooked meat) and then let them boil for 3-4 minutes. Afterwards we take the pot out of the heat, remove the water and pour into the pasta 100 gr. of olive oil (or fresh butter); we let them absorb liquids for 2-3 minutes.
This kind of pasta can simply be served warm with any sauce of our preference and with some Anthotyros cheese or (Kefalotyri cheese). We could serve this pasta with some meatballs cooked in tomato sauce, or this pasta merely cooked in tomato sauce could be the most special way for you to accommodate a selected piece of beef, boar or some fine bushmeat. For a twist, you could make a sweet recipe, by putting honey and nuts into your boiled pasta (check for a relevant recipe).
