We put 500 gr. of our pasta in 1700 lt. of boiling water (or liquor of cooked meat) and then let them boil for 4-5 minutes. Afterward, we take the pot out of the heat, remove the water and pour into the pasta 100 gr. of olive oil (or fresh butter); we let them absorb liquids for 2-3 minutes.
Our pasta could be served with any sauce of our preference and some extra grated dry Anthotyros cheese (or Kefalotyri cheese).This pasta is an ideal combination for any tomato sauce, in particular with beef. It is perfectly served with Athotyros cheese (or kefalotyri cheese). We can also boil our pasta for 3 minutes and follow up cooking by putting them into the oven. Few minutes before your pasta is cooked, we add some feta cheese and vegetables. (Check for the relevant recipe).
