Cooking instructions: 

For the Kritharoto recipe, we start by frizzling vegetables with some olive oil. Then we add our Kritharaki with turmeric kai Afidatomena Lachanika <<kritiki gi>> and let it be frizzled for 1minute. Consequently, we add 1700 ml of boiling water gradually and blend throughout the course of boiling. By the time the water will be absorbed our Kritharoto is ready. Ideally, our Kritharoto needs to be juicy and served with our favorite cheese. Turmeric gives a special color and aroma to our dish and it makes this pasta a great choice to accommodate any seafood or roast recipe you like.
