Product Description

Cooking instructions: 
In 4000 ml of salted and boiling water we add 500 gr. of Skiouficto <<Kritiki Gi>>; then we let it to boil for 20 minutes and stir it occasionally. After that, we remove the water and wash it out until it cools down. Then, we pour 100 gr. of olive oil (or fresh butter) into our pasta and serve it with our favorite sauce along with some grounded Antotyros cheese (or Kefalotyri cheese)
